New systems drive efficiency

As we strive to make a difference to the services we provide our clients by continually increasing the efficiency of our business systems and processes we are automating more and more processes and streamlining our operations.

Feedback from our Human Resources team on the new electronic systems put in place has been excellent, with David Smith the Human Resources Officer commenting “the new Greyridge electronic systems have automated many of our processes, making our response times quicker and enabling us to concentrate on looking for new ways to improve processes and make recruitment more focused and efficient.”
 
The next new system we will be unveiling is a new issues management system which will be a very useful tool for the Operations Team to monitor the work done on site and will drive clear, concise communications within the company.
